I am a 24 year old female who works a few jobs. In my spare time i play beach volleyball, head down to the coast to see mates, and relax at home. The house is a large 3 bedroom house in the College Green Estate in Boondall, which is between Nudgee College and the Brisbane Entertainment Centre. This is close to Sandgate Road, the Gateway Motorway and Boondall Train Station.
You will have your own bathroom and a car park in the double lock up garage. There is a large open plan lounge, kitchen with heaps of bench space and a large deck. The house is fully furnished but I can move furniture if required. Gay or Straight Guys are welcome. Utilities will be split 50/50.
