Hi - we're a family of four - Cath (mother), sons Alex (22), Iain (21), and Connor (14). We'd like another friendly person to share our quiet home.
We are a 10 minute bus ride from Griffith University Mt Gravatt campus - the bus stop is right outside our door. We are 5kms from Garden City and 12kms from Brisbane CBD. We have a very friendly dog. Our home is lovely with a pool and cable internet access. We will provide dinner each evening, and you will help yourself to breakfast and lunch. We eat meat. I am sometimes a smoker. We have two rooms available, one with a single bed and one with a double. Each has a built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a bedside table. We have internet cable connection. You could also connect to the internet wirelessly. You would share a bathroom. We have a lady who comes in to clean the house, but you would clean your own room, do your own washing, and would clean up after yourself in the kitchen and bathroom when you use them. If you're with a friend, it might be possible for you to share the bedroom and each pay a reduced rate. The rent is somewhat negotiable.
