I've got a room available in a 3 bedroom house in Altona, a beachside suburb in Melbourne's West, available 20th September. The Rent is $495 per month or $124 per week, bills excluded. Bond is $460 and the bills are divided 3 ways, but are never excessive. I'm a 24 year old male and quite easy going.
The room available is actually quite large, and the house has polished floorboards, a fully furnished lounge room and kitchen. The house has a washing machine and a large backyard, including a shed which is great for storage.
The house is located in a quiet street, a short walk from the nearest train station and 2 minutes drive from Altona Beach, a great place to be in summer. The main street of Altona is a close walk and has everything you need from supermarkets, cafes/bars, restaurants, gym etc. There is a milk bar just around the corner, great for convenience.
