I’m looking for a female flatmate to share a two bedroom apartment on Swanston Street, starting 1st of June 2011.
- Convenient location to city, RMIT, and Melbourne university

- The apartment includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and living room and small balcony.
The apartment comes fully furnished with appliances (TV, microwave, fridge, air conditioning).
- Bedroom available is the bigger one, well lit and good ventilation, furnished with a desk, chair, wardrobe and bed.
- Internet connection and phone line are connected. Laundry facilities available in the building.
- Great city view, very little street/tram noise.
- Rent is $250 per week per person. Utility bills shared.
I am a female, 5th year architecture student at Melbourne university. I am generally a sociable person but also like my own space. I’m looking for a female flatmate who is friendly, neat and tidy, keeps things clean, and has a fairly quiet manner. I would also prefer someone who does not smoke, drink or eat pork.
