Hi, just wanting to give a shout about a room that I have available in Essendon. Tenant currently in the process of leaving, so could be a few weeks. Jan 10 is the very latest.
Several kilometers north of the city, good access to tram and train, I can offer a large room in a spacious two bedroom apartment. I occupy the other room. The bedroom has all the essential furniture - double bed, desk etc. Kitchen fully equipped, with FOXTEL etc.
About me: 30 yrs old, postgrad student working casually from home. Travel around Australia a bit, so not there all the time. Good balance of social and private.
Enjoy sport and trying to get fit. Watching tennis, AFL, cricket etc. Keen interest in rugby. Hoping to resume playing next year time permitting.
Enjoy going out from time to time. Likewise, not into the clubbing scene anymore. Like cafes and pubs.
