The master bedroom is available in our share house in Glen Huntly, sharing with 2 female students around 30 years old (one has just moved from interstate). We're social and enjoy having a chat over a meal at the end of the day. We're looking for someone who is similarly minded so that the place has a warm, homely feel.
The room itself is large, furnished and has an ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe.
The house is very well located, just 5 minutes walk from Glen Huntly train station, with tram (67) and bus stops (623, 624) even closer and walking distance to local shops and Monash Uni Caulfield campus.
The house consists of 2 spacious living rooms, large dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, well-kept front garden and backyard with secure parking to fit 2 cars.
It also has a dishwasher, two fridges, a washing machine, gas central heating, and solar heating for water.
Bills (water/gas/electricity/internet) are not included in the rent and are split equally between housemates, as is cleaning.
We would prefer applications from professionals who are interested in staying for at least 6 months. Ideally we would like a single person, not a couple or room share.
