I have two spare rooms available for rent at $170 a week, bills included. I am a 22yo female, I work fulltime. I have a 3yo daughter, who is in daycare fulltime aswell. Female prefered, couple okay. Any age. I have 2 cats and 1 outside dog. Good size rooms, with built in robes. With your own bathroom and toilet. Kitchen area is also big enough for 2nd loungeroom, has tv point etc. Use of all facilities okay - full kitchen, washing machine & dryer etc. Fairly new large house in Hillside, near Sydenham / Taylors Lakes (around the corner from Watergardens shopping centre) References needed. Must be trustworthy and honest, aswell as neat. Not furnished - but that can easily be arranged if needed.
