Looking for housemates to make a share house!$130.00 per week in North Fitzroy,VIC

Hi there! Me and my friend are keen to find one or two housemates to make a share house. We are looking for a nice, old house around North Fitzroy, Northcote or there abouts, and hopefully we’ll spend about $100-$150 each a week for rent, and will need around $1000 each for bond.
Here’s a bit about us:
-two 20 year old girls
-both from, and love, Melbourne!
-Grace studies music at Melbourne Uni
-Holly nannies full-time, deferring studying fashion at RMIT
-both love live music, a few (but rarely too many) red wines, and general shenanigans.
We’re looking for friendly, reliable and easygoing roommates, who hopefully like some of the same things we do! Preferably male, but we don’t really mind, and around our age. We’re looking to move out as soon as possible, so it would be good if you were ready with references and etc., with some time for some open for inspections.
