My name is Irina and I am looking for a room mate to share a fully furnished two bedroom house in Reservoir. It's a large room you could easily fit a double bed in. At the moment the room has a king single bed and a two door wardrobe in it(can be removed if necessary).
House features include high ceilings, wooden floorboards, large open plan living with a recently renovated kitchen (dishwasher and plenty frying pans, plates etc), hot tub, enormous backyard with a fruitful fig tree and off-street parking space.
There is also an unlimited ADSL2+ connection and a landline, as well as a gas heater in the living room and an air conditioner.
House is located about 10minutes away (by foot) from train station, it takes about 30min to CBD by public transport. Close proximity to LaTrobe University and RMIT. There are two supermarkets near by as well as bakeries, cafes, dentist and fruit market:)
I am a Law\Finance student at LaTrobe uni. I do quite a bit of painting and dancing in my spare time. I've lived in Australia for the past 5 years, but originally I come from Russia, so I speak both languages fluently.
I am very tolerant and have no preference gender, race or otherwise. What I am looking for is a person who can pay rent on time and will be responsible enough to clean up after him\herself.
Rent is $165pw.
