We are looking for a fluent dutch or flemish speaker (Myself and the boys are learning Dutch) to rent a room in our 3 bedroom townhouse.
You would be living with a single parent of twin boys who are 2 years old.
I work full time and the boys spend some time in childcare or with their father.
The house is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, central heating and cooling, tv, dvd, stereo etc, and has a small backyard.
We have access to the bus, tram and train and Eastlink.
All the bedrooms are upstairs and your room has a built in wardrobe and currently has a single bed. There is a separate toilet and you would have access to the shared bathroom.
No smokers or pets. Rent and utilities can be negotiated and the room is available immediately.
