  • knowingly distribute viruses, trojans or any other technologies that may cause harm to the data or property of ausroomies.com.au, its partners or users;
  • place an unreasonable burden on our servers and/or software;
  • harvest or collect information about users of this site -- especially email addresses -- without their consent;

You are responsible for all information that you submit to ausroomies.com.au. We reserve the right to refuse or delete content that we believe is in breach of these terms. We also reserve the right at our discretion to restrict a user’s usage of the site either temporarily or permanently.

Without limiting other remedies, we may issue warnings, limit or terminate our service, remove hosted content and take technical and legal steps to keep users off ausroomies.com.au if we think that they are creating problems or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies. We do not accept any liability for monitoring ausroomies.com.au for unauthorized or unlawful content.

Our fees are non-refundable.

ausroomies.com.au reserves the right to remove content reported to be infringing the intellectual property rights of a third-party.

6. Liability.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence. You agree not to hold us responsible for the things other users post or do on ausroomies.com.au.

We do not review user listings before they go live. As such, we cannot guarantee the quality, safety or legality of the content submitted to ausroomies.com.au

We do not accept any liability for the submission of unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene or indecent information.

We do not accept any liability for the submission of information that infringes upon the rights of third parties.

We do not guarantee continuous or error-free access to our service, nor that we will correct any defects in the service.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, representations and conditions.

Despite the previous paragraph, if we are found to be liable, our liability to you or any third party (whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability in tort, by statute or otherwise) is limited to the greater of (a) the total fees you pay to us in the 12 months prior to the action giving rise to liability, and (b) 100 Australian Dollars.
